Life in Texas

a quick note on our life as of late: Chad & I packed our bags and moved to Texas for the summer. It has been an adventure to say the least but we really kind of love it here. My husband works a job that consists of A LOT of time away from home/me. So we get to spend our time together on weekends, where I plan our days down to the hour with texas touristy type of activities. (No, we don't go country dancing or bull riding, two things I embarrassingly may have thought most Texans do for fun). A few of our favorite weekends entail trips to downtown Dallas, searching for our favorite Tex Mex restaurants, and fishing at Lake Lewisville behind our apartment. Our summer here is already halfway over & I think it's safe to say that Texas has been pretty good to us.

San Francisco,

Oh how I love this city & the handsome boy pictured above. I was one lucky girl to spend a day last week with both. Every time I head into SF I get a little excited because I love everything about that city. And experiencing new cities/places with the husband makes everything so much better.
